Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online Returns Portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original sanitary liners and tags attached before placing them in secure packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
